These two shots in each are similar in their respective aspects as they both try and represent the same thing. The top 2 try and show emphasis on the dropped item, this being a suitcase in Collateral and a Bag in the Bongolo Department. In the second pair of shots it is a basic 'Over the shoulder' shot type putting emphasis on the main characters heading towards the other character they are about to have a confrontation with.
