Blog post 33: create an ident (nathan)

This post is all about practicing my editing skills to recreate an ident. an ident is a small 10-30 second clip of the logo of a distribution company. Idents are usually seen at the very start of a movie and they are used to represent to company that helps distribute these films.

Firstly i had to create a still log on a website called logo creation. as the genre of my film was political thriller, i decided to choose a logo that looks like it would represent these type of genres. the picture was of a stamp and the production name is underneath it. it is a very formal and original logo. After that i decided to create an amination to go with the logo. the animation was "Burning" the animation suited the logo because it also seems like some one stamped the ogo on the screen.
